I bought this for my 23 year old daughter who was having her tonsils out to make her laugh and help her heal. The hospital staff all loved it. Her dog got a hold of it too but Tonsil came out just fine from her bath in the wash!

I bought a tonsil plushy for my daughter after her tonsil and adenoids removal. She loves it and named it Teeny. It is well sewn. We found that out when our dog was caught chewing on it. Couldn’t even tell:
