"My younger sister recently had her large intestine removed and has been feeling down in the dumps (pun). I was so excited to come across your site and see how easy it was for me to order her a new one! Now when she's feeling kind of crappy (pun) she can take it with her where ever she goes."

My husband had to have emergency abdominal surgery for diverticulitis. For the first week, every cough, hiccup, laugh, sneeze, etc. hurt. Family was cautioned against making their usual jokes, which was difficult because as kids they often tried to make each other laugh until the y shot milk out of their noses. This plushie worked well as a pillow for him to clutch against the pain, and as a "fun" reminder of the crazy/stressful time recovery process.
Wow, what a trooper! We can't imagine having to hold in all the laughs during such a difficult time. Amazing how having a great family and a plushie can make recovery time go by quicker and more smooth. ❤️ Best of luck!
Not only is this product cute and comfortable to rest your head on, but it is educational. I work in public health and started bringing my product to health events and it has been quite the hit. It’s appropriate for all ages and kills the negative stigma behind public health. I will be buying more products!
Thank you so much! We love that our products are out there charming people and making public health a little more fun and approachable. 🙌😄
Placing my order and tracking it was a breeze. The pillow is a great size and feels sturdy, but still soft.
I have Crohn's and got this intestine about a year ago, it has been such a help emotionally and it is SO cute. Love it and will keep it close forever. I bring it to every doctors appointment and it always gets a smile out of my gastroenterologist as well.
My husband was getting a bowel resection and was in need of a pillow during recovery to put pressure on his abdomen when he used those muscles (coughing, laughing, etc.) This pillow was perfect for that and brought him lots of joy in the hospital (a not so joyful place) and all the doctors loved it! He has continued to use it in the weeks since his recovery.
Who knew a plush organ could be such a great gift idea, right? We hope he continues to use it and that it brings a smile to his face every time. Stay healthy!
