I waited more than 2 weeks after my order date and I still didn't have my plushie spine. I reached out to the US Postal Service (the shipping service) and I Heart Guts, letting each know that my spine was missing. Emily from I Heart Guts emailed me back right away, offering to send me another spine at no cost to me while we waited for the USPS to figure out what was going on. I got the second plushie spine in just a few days, with a prepaid return label included just in case the first spine ever showed up. It turned out the first plushie spine was lost in the mail, then unlost when it showed up at my door 1 day after the second spine. I've never had a company that was so easy to work with when something goes WRONG. Thank you to Emily and the IHG team for making sure I got my happy plushie spine, no matter what!
My daughter, going thru Nerve Ablations in her spine, could not believe that her new (Plushie) spine actually cracked when it moved! It's her 4th Plushie (she has a lot of issues!), and she shows it off whenever she can - LOVES it!
