I can't begin to tell you how impactful your products have been already. I am an art therapist who works in a children's hospital and we just recently received an order from iHeart Guts. Right out of the box these special plushies have been positively impacting the patients and families I have the honor to work with. I had the beautiful opportunity of providing both understanding and connection between two sisters who are not able to be together at this time. One sister is currently admitted at the hospital with a critical need for dialysis while she awaits a kidney transplant. The other sister has to remain at home to continue attending school. They are extremely bonded and are grieving this separation as well as worried about one another. I was able to gift matching kidney plushies to each of the sisters and they feel like they now have this unique and special way to celebrate their bond and connection. I can't thank I Heart Guts enough for what you provide. It goes beyond educating about our bodies and the amazing things they do, but also provides comfort, connection and makes what could be seen as just dysfunction or broken-ness more like being part of a special club and connects others in a place of understanding and shared challenge. One of my best friends for now 35 yrs had a severe kidney infection over the holidays and was pretty depressed. I sent her the cutest plush kidney and it brighted her day! This is the 3rd time I've sent an I Heart Guts gift to someone--I believe they are so unique and something unexpected!
