Renal Holiday

Around the holidays, we often imagine how people react if given one of our guts for Christmas. So were were tickled to find this photo of somebody's mom opening up her kidney! This Michigan optometrist's mother is struggling with kidney problems, so the plush "definitely caused some good, much needed laughter." This kind of thing makes us feel like what we do is not totally useless after all.
