In Loving Memory of Bella Brave

It is with heavy hearts that we say goodbye to Isabella Thomson, known as Bella Brave, a fierce and inspiring soul who touched many lives including ours.

She was a fighter, a beacon of light, strength and humor in the face of unimaginable challenges.

Bella was born with three medical conditions: dwarfism, a bowel disease called Hirschsprung disease and severe combined immunodeficiency, which affects the immune system.

Through her health battles, Bella showed the world what true bravery looks like. Her smile and spirit reminded us that even in the darkest times there is room for laughter and love.

Bella was a fan of I Heart Guts, and it warms our hearts to know that our little colon plushie brought her a small amount of comfort and joy during her courageous battle.

Our heart goes out to her family and all who loved her. We’re grateful for the joy and inspiration Bella shared with the world.

She reminded us that no matter how tough life gets, there is always room to giggle, to love, and to fight back with everything you’ve got.

Thank you, Bella, for showing us what it means to be truly brave.

In loving memory of a true warrior with heart and guts, from everyone at the I Heart Guts family.

You can support Bella's family through this fundraiser.
