BTS: My Favorite Tee

Hey All, it's Wendy. Just wanted to yap about one of my favorite tee-shirt designs of all time-- the Guts Grid!  We first released this design in 2018 and it features 56 of my guts babies in one aesthetically pleasing rainbow grid. Threadless does a great job of printing it, down to the most delicate veins, details and tubes.

Yep, that's me at the Museum Store Association Expo last month. I have in a heather black tee and a tank top, and love wearing it to shows. It shows my entire body of work in one shirt, and gosh darn it, I'm proud of my little body characters and I'm happy you like 'em, too!

Also have it as a cute organs snuggly fleece blanket (there's my 3 other babies hiding under it). This blanket sometimes sparks weird/funny conversations about the human body: Kid: "Mommy, what's this one?" Me: "That's the sebaceous gland." Kid: "Oh. What does it do?" Me: "It makes oil that keeps your skin soft and bouncy. Sometimes they get clogged and make zits." Kid: "Oh! Mommy, what's this one..." Me: "That's a prostate." Kid: "Oh. I thought it was broccoli." And so on...

It's always a fun conversation starter. People think it's Pokemon or whatever, then I gotta break it to them it's a Colon and not Charzard. Oh wow, you can get it as a scarf now!
