"Adorable! My daughter is a type 1 diabetic and so happy they make stuffed toys like this. Great size pillow."
- Shelly S.
This little peptide fella sparks so much joy in my life, you have no idea. I enjoy taking him on little photo ops wherever I go, be it a restaurant or a landmark or a landmark restaurant. He's very fluffy and velvety-ish, so he's really comfortable to have in my bed. I've taken to calling him my son because...well, you know when parents talk about how their kids give meaning to their lives? Well, the insulin plushie was exactly what I needed to find out about during early on in my diajourney (type 1) and my mind was going to some really dark places. Just seeing the GIF of that little plushie, the one representing the medicine I take so I don't die, chow down on a donut without a care in the world told me that there's a world worth living in. That it's better to go on fighting the good fight.
The existence of your insulin plush talked me, on some subconscious level, out of something bad. And I have nothing but praise for it. So when I finally ran into some money and I was fully on terms with my diagnosis, I ordered him (my sister ordered me your pancreas plush, but I didn't receive that until last week). And he's just made me really happy. He brings me peace of mind.
It's also really funny to pose him in front of fast food places
I had to share my plushie love with my cousin who has type 1 diabetes. Not only does she love it but so does her daughter.
Great
Back at ya, friend!
Bought this for my wife as she’s been a diabetic her entire life, and she loves it. Super soft, great quality and she loves the little pamphlet that was attached to it. Highly recommend that you get this for any diabetic in your life. :)
Sounds like your wifey and her new plushie are diabesties. Thanks for spreading the Gutsy love. Sending our best!
Perfect gift for my girlfriend!! She's in love with it
Our heart's aflutter! Love from our organs to yours, James!
