3-7 business days via Priority Mail.

5-15 business days via Ground Advantage.

If you need guts ASAP, find a store near you or shop plush organs on Amazon. We ship from lovely North Hollywood, California.

We do our best to get your orders out the door fast! However, please keep in mind that delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. We cannot offer refunds on shipping costs (including Priority or Express) for USPS delays that occur after we have shipped your order. Once the package leaves our hands, the timeline is officially in their court.

I Heart Guts is not responsible for lost, stolen or misdelivered items -- contact USPS with Missing Mail Search to get your package on its way to you! We cannot arrange a redelivery, only YOU have the power to do this by contacting USPS directly!

Please note we do not ship on the weekends. That's when we are busy napping and snacking in our undies.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is 10-60 business days. VAT is included. List of countries we ship to here.

We ship international orders via Globale. Depending on your location, your package may be handed off to DHL, Landmark Global, EPG or local postal or courier service for final delivery. Keep an eyeball on your tracking -- sent via email -- for final delivery information. If your package appears lost, delayed, or misdelivered, you may need to contact the local delivery service directly.
