Tasty Uterus

My dear friend Hafsa makes amazing cakes and this uterus cake, made for her sister-in-law's OBGYN residency graduation, is no exception! I should add that the insides of this uterus were more appealing than most -- half chocolate, half vanilla, with a cream cheese filling. Delish. The mortarboard atop the uterus kills me, and the veiny fallopian tubes are especially awesome!
