Folks desperate for cash have taken to selling off body parts -- hair, breast milk, and eggs -- in search of easy money in tough times. But selling your kidney -- some say a healthy one would fetch $15,200 -- is illegal everywhere except Iran. Selling a kidney will get you arrested in the United States, Kenya, Costa Rica, Serbia, China (where a 9-year-old famously sold his to trade for an iPad and iPhone) and the rest of the world.
