The I Heart Guts family of organ stuffed toys is more than just toys. We are a community of amazing humans. Here's an example: this kid was born without a trachea -- it's a rare genetic condition that kills most people at birth. He is not only alive and thriving, but he is considered to be the oldest known survivor in the United States. His family mantra is "No Trachea, No Problem."

I Heart Guts has grown in so many ways, and I'm so proud of our bare-bones, woman-owned (that's me, I'm Wendy, hi and hello if we haven't met) and operated small business. What started as my silly organ drawings in 2000 turned into stickers in 2005 and plush organs in 2007. We have shipped over a half-million guts to their forever homes all over the world since! What started as a bunch of weird drawings has turned into so much more thanks to your suggestions and requests over the years -- and we heart you!
A question I get a lot is How Did You Come Up With This? Now that we've known each for five seconds, it's time I told you the true story of how plush organs began...
The first uterus plush was born in the Amazonian forest, midwifed by a team of animatronic smoothies, Internet trolls and a sack of used golf balls. From the loins of this Mother of All Uteruses arose a gutsy gang of plush organs – Hearts! Livers! Kidneys! Brains! – reproducing at an alarming rate and invading homes across the metropolitan area, pranking people with mucus-coated hugs and urine-soaked high fives. The infectious medical plush toys soon spread across the nation, where they thrived and mutated into a big beautiful family of snuggly human body plushies and gifts.
But who cares about all that? The reason you are here is because our plush organs are ON SALE, so go get some! But as long as I have diarrhea of the mouth, let me blab more about our mission and what we do... Not only is I Heart Guts the Original Plush Organ Toy brand, we are, I think -- but then again, I am biased -- the most fun plush organ brand!
