We love a good joke here at I Heart Guts, so you might guess April Fool's is our favorite holiday. 9. Care Bears x I Heart Guts 2025
This is one is basically a fantasy dream collab. How we wish Care Bears would make a Diabetes Bear, Bladder Infection Bear or an Endometriosis Care Bear? Until them, we can imagine it into reality.
8. Crayola x I Heart Guts Bodily Fluid Crayon Set
Another "wish it were real" collab of our dreams -- Crayola crayons with bodily fluid color names. How fun would it be to hand your daughter or son "urine" or "bile" when coloring a cute little park scene? Will anyone license this with us? Pweaze??
7. Spam x I Heart Guts Offal Organ Slices 2019
Not many of you were fooled by this one, but I had fun sculpting organs out of mystery meat, so it was worth it! Plus a few of you were genuinely excited for the concept! Some of my friends texted me congratulating me on that they thought was an epic brand deal -- sorry, friends!!
6. Diseased Organs 2024 
This one made a lot of people mad, because they wanted them to be real and buy diseased plushies for friends! Sorry, friends!!! We wish they were real, too, and it certainly made us think of some good variation ideas on existing plushies.
Another one that pissed people off (do you sense a trend, here?). Another message to the ASCII geeks - we desperately need a uterus emoji, colon emoji and kidney emoji STAT!
In 2026, we are living in the AI universe, we wanted to create an analog prank that would push through the AI-generated April Fool's slop generated by so many brans this year. Our social media manager, Ash, came up with the idea and we worked together to sculpt organ sponges by hand using Xacto knives and scissors. I think a few of you genuinely are still looking for these on the shelves...This one falls under the "dream collabs" column, so if anyone at Scrub Daddy wants to make happy face organ sponges with us, we are all ears!
3. Barbie x I Heart Guts Doctor Specialist Series 2022
Now Barbie doctors have been around a long time and now that Diabetes Barbie and Ostomy Barbie have been made real by Mattel, our Vasectomy Barbie and Colonoscopy Barbie don't seem so wild. At the time, I think we fooled a few of you!
2. Peeps x I Heart Guts Testicle Marshmallow Peeps 2021
Another dream made real thanks to Photoshop. How much would we love a Bladder Peep or Testicle Peep? WOULD LOVE, WANT and NEED.
1. Jelly Beans x I Heart Guts Bodily Fluid Beans 2023
This one is my personal favorite. Bertie Bott's does make vomit jelly beans and diaper jelly beans, but how much better/more disgusting would a lymph or sebum jelly bean be? We would love to sprinkle a little fair dust on all these ideas and make them real! April Fool's is our day to dream up the collabs that will never be... but a gal can dream. When April 1st rolls around, watch out, we will be messing with you!
