Best Slang for Period

We asked our faithful social media pals what their favorite phrase was for their periods and y'all did not disappoint with your creative menstrual monikers! We are big fans of Riding the Cotton Pony, Shark Week, Re Tide and of course On the Rag. Some our new favorites: Satan's Waterfall, Dot, Shining Elevator, Red Badge of Courage, Japanese Flag, Closed for Maintenance, Surfing the Crimson Wave, I've Fallen the Communists, the German word "Erdbeerwoche" (which translates to "Strawberry Week"), Serving Box Wine, Lady Times...the list goes on! Apparently there are 5,000 different euphemisms worldwide for "menstrual period"-- people are just so clever. What's your favorite word for it?
