“A dear friend’s daughter was born a couple of years ago with only one kidney, and with some issues involving her remaining one. My daughter, an RN, bought the baby one of your kidneys. Now two-and-a-half years old — and doing well — this little girl takes the kidney with her everywhere, especially to the doctor’s office. Last week, when having blood drawn at the kidney specialist’s, she insisted ‘I want my kidney!’ The doctor and nurse were first baffled and then highly amused by the way the toy comforted her. Thank you SO MUCH for your spleen products! I was called today by my doctor about a mass on my spleen discovered my a CT Scan last Friday. I figured that I had 2 options. 1.) Cry all day, or 2.) get up and live and act like I trust God. I chose #2, and your perky products will help me smile as I live out my faith in this new challenge.
