
I have a strong weakness for trashy magazines, especially when I'm sick, as I've been for the past two freakin' weeks. Anyway, the recent issue of
Glamour offered a health tip that seemed appropriate for the new year -- that
forgiveness is good for you. The body releases the stress hormone cortisol when you're angry and upset. Too much cortisol could
lead to heart trouble, and it makes you pissy to boot. So do yourself and your body a favor and let go of whatever and whomever is bothering you. We're all flawed in one way or another, right?
